  • To operate accounts, events, kiosks, maps, directories, and booth requests.
  • To publish public event and kiosk pages you choose to list.
  • To generate promotional materials, QR codes, and analytics for organizers and sellers.
  • To display advertising and sponsorship as described in the Terms of Use.
  • To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal basis and consent

For users in the Philippines, we process personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and National Privacy Commission issuances. Where consent is required, it is freely given, specific, and informed, and you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Public information

Event, kiosk, product, and map information you publish is intentionally public. Contact details you mark as private are not shown to anonymous visitors. Public visitors may browse without creating an account.

5. Sharing

We share information with service providers who host, store, secure, and operate the platform on our behalf, and with organizers or sellers where necessary to process a booth request or transaction you initiate. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to operate the platform, meet legal or tax obligations, and resolve disputes.
